Field Manager

Robert is a field professional with over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, including 8 years with Universal Construction. Having worked in and around construction since the age of 13, he developed a strong hands on background early in his career through concrete work before joining the carpenters and laborers and becoming a Journeyman.

Robert brings extensive field knowledge and practical experience to every project, with a strong focus on education construction and day to day project support.

Over the past several years, he has contributed to nearly every school project completed by Universal, helping maintain progress, coordination, and quality throughout construction. His experience across renovations, additions, site improvements, and specialty work allows him to effectively support field operations across a wide range of project types.


Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and working with livestock.
