Rex Anderson

Rex brings over 24 years of experience in the construction industry, including 20 years with Universal Construction. As a fourth-generation construction professional, he takes great pride in continuing his family’s legacy while helping deliver projects that positively impact students, educators, and communities.

With a strong focus on education construction, Rex has successfully contributed to more than $500 million in projects ranging from renovations and additions to large-scale new construction. His experience spans every stage of project delivery, allowing him to approach challenges with a practical, solutions-driven mindset and a commitment to quality, communication, and dependable results.

Throughout his career, Rex has helped lead major bond programs, facility improvements, and new school construction projects across Kansas and Missouri. He values the long-term impact these projects have on students, staff, and families, and takes pride in helping create environments that support learning and growth for generations to come.

Outside of work, Rex enjoys early morning rounds of golf, grilling, and spending time outdoors. He brings the same steady and dependable approach to his hobbies that he does to his work.
