Patti brings nearly 30 years of experience with Universal Construction, where she has played an important role in supporting the company’s daily operations and long-term growth. She began her career assisting project and field managers on jobsites before transitioning into administrative, financial, and operational support roles. Over the years, Patti has become a dependable and steady presence within the organization, helping support both office and field teams across all areas of the company.
Today, Patti helps oversee accounts payable and supports many of the day-to-day processes that keep the company moving efficiently. From coordinating invoices and receipts to assisting with onboarding, payroll support, and office operations, her organization, attention to detail, and willingness to help wherever needed have made her an invaluable part of the Universal Construction team.
Throughout her career, Patti has worked alongside generations of Universal Construction employees, helping support the people, projects, and processes that keep the company moving forward. Her experience and institutional knowledge make her a trusted resource for both new and longtime team members.
Outside of work, Patti enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, and family. Whether relaxing near a lake, visiting the ocean, or making memories with loved ones, she values time spent with the people who matter most.
