Josh Varghese

Josh serves as a Project Engineer and brings 7 years of construction experience, including 4 years with Universal Construction. With an educational background in Project Management and Engineering Management, he provides critical support to project teams through organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Josh works closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to support all phases of construction.

His responsibilities include project startup documentation, submittals, RFIs, schedule management, closeout documentation, contract compliance, safety coordination, and quality control. He takes pride in helping keep projects organized and ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently throughout construction.

Throughout his career, Josh has contributed to a variety of education, municipal, commercial, and community-focused projects. His ability to manage project documentation and support field teams helps maintain momentum while ensuring project requirements are met from start to finish.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and staying actively involved at Graceway Church in Raytown. A former member of the worship team, he now serves within the Young Adult Ministry, where he enjoys building relationships and supporting others in their faith journey.
