Josh Hernandez

Josh is a Field Manager with experience supporting a wide range of education, commercial, and renovation projects throughout the Kansas City region. He brings a hands-on approach to field operations, helping ensure projects remain organized, productive, and aligned throughout construction.

Josh works closely with project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to support day-to-day construction activities while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and schedule performance. His experience includes classroom renovations, athletic facility improvements, building additions, and interior remodels, allowing him to adapt to a variety of project types and construction environments.

Throughout his career, Josh has contributed to numerous K-12 projects across Kansas and Missouri, helping create spaces that support students, educators, and growing communities. His attention to detail and commitment to teamwork help projects move efficiently from planning through completion.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and values opportunities to make memories with those closest to him. He appreciates the balance between hard work and family life and takes pride in supporting both.
