John brings over 44 years of experience in the construction industry, including 24 years with Universal Construction, where he has built a reputation for strong leadership, clear communication, and dependable project delivery. Beginning his career in the field as a superintendent, he developed a hands-on understanding of construction that continues to shape his approach today as a Project Manager and Project Executive.

Known for keeping clients, teams, and stakeholders informed throughout every phase of a project, John prioritizes transparency, consistency, and relationship-driven results. His experience spans a wide range of education, healthcare, municipal, financial, and commercial projects, allowing him to successfully manage projects of varying size, complexity, and scope.

Throughout his career, John has helped lead renovations, additions, new construction, and facility improvements across Kansas and Missouri. His ability to build trust, solve challenges, and maintain strong communication has made him a valued partner for clients and project teams alike.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife and family, keeping up with current events, and discovering local restaurants throughout the Kansas City area.
