Jesse is a Superintendent with over 21 years of experience in the construction industry, including 8 years with Universal Construction. He brings a highly organized and detail-oriented approach to field operations, helping projects remain coordinated, efficient, and aligned throughout construction.

Jesse works closely with owners, architects, contractors, and project teams to support day-to-day field activities and maintain strong communication throughout each phase of a project. His experience across renovations, additions, interior remodels, and healthcare environments has helped him develop strong on-site coordination skills and dependable field leadership. Known for his attention to detail and proactive approach, Jesse takes pride in helping teams stay organized while keeping projects moving forward safely and efficiently.

Throughout his career, Jesse has contributed to a wide range of education, healthcare, civic, and commercial projects, reflecting a strong commitment to quality workmanship, organization, and reliable project support. His ability to coordinate multiple project stakeholders and adapt to the unique challenges of occupied facilities has made him a valuable resource on projects of all sizes.

Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time with family and staying active outdoors.
