Hunter Matlottki

Project Engineer

Hunter serves as a Project Engineer and brings 5 years of construction experience, including 2 years with Universal Construction. A graduate of Missouri University of Science and Technology with degrees in Ceramic Engineering and Engineering Management, she brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to project coordination and construction management.

As a Project Engineer, Hunter supports project teams through the coordination of project documentation, submittals, RFIs, procurement activities, and communication between stakeholders. She works closely with project managers, field staff, design teams, and subcontractors to help ensure information is organized, distributed efficiently, and aligned with project requirements.

Throughout her career, Hunter has contributed to a variety of education, municipal, commercial, and community-focused projects. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail help project teams maintain momentum while supporting successful project delivery from planning through completion.

Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, friends, and exploring everything Kansas City has to offer. Whether trying a new restaurant, attending local events, experiencing the city's nightlife, or spending time with family, she enjoys making the most of new experiences. She also loves being a fun aunt and living life to the fullest.
