Blue Valley School District- District Office Renovation
LOCATIONS: Overland Park, Kansas
DESCRIPTION: The Blue Valley School District Office Renovation consisted of a full interior renovation completed in four carefully planned phases to maintain daily operations throughout construction. This phased approach allowed faculty and staff to remain in the building while work was completed, eliminating the need for temporary relocation and minimizing disruption to district services.
Each phase was strategically sequenced to isolate construction areas from occupied spaces, prioritizing safety, accessibility, and clear communication. The project included demolition and reconstruction of interior spaces, updated office layouts, new finishes, and coordination of building systems to support the renovated environment. Through this phased delivery, the project improved efficiency and workflow within the facility while maintaining a fully functional workspace for staff. The result is a modernized district office that better supports daily operations and long-term district needs.
