Curtis Kastiz

Curtis brings over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including 3 years with Universal Construction. A graduate of Pittsburg State University with a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business, he has developed a well-rounded background supporting both renovations and new construction across a variety of project types.

Curtis plays a key role in leading projects through construction, working closely with project teams, design partners, and clients to ensure schedules are maintained, budgets remain aligned, and project goals are achieved. He values open communication and takes a collaborative approach to problem-solving, helping keep projects moving forward efficiently from start to finish.

Throughout his career, Curtis has contributed to a wide range of civic, education, commercial, and community-focused projects. His ability to build strong working relationships and maintain a steady, dependable presence on projects has made him a trusted resource for both clients and teammates.

Outside of work, Curtis enjoys spending time with his wife, Riley, and values the relationships he has built both inside and outside of work. Known throughout the office for his down-to-earth personality and approachable nature to everything he does.
