DESCRIPTION: The Security Bank Tiffany Square Branch is a new ground-up construction project consisting of a full-service banking facility. The scope includes site excavation, concrete foundations, asphalt paving, and installation of site utilities. The building structure is composed of structural steel with exterior finishes including tile, glass and glazing systems, roofing, and sheet metal. Interior construction includes metal stud framing, drywall, paint, flooring, doors, frames, and hardware. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems are also included to support full building operations.

Leavenworth USD 453 – Culinary Arts Classroom
LOCATION: Leavenworth, Kansas
DESCRIPTION: The Leavenworth USD 453 Culinary Arts Classroom project consists of a renovation to an existing Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) classroom at Leavenworth High School. The scope includes demolition of select existing elements and installation of new casework, countertops, and instructional kitchen stations to support a modern culinary learning environment. Upgrades include new cabinetry with quartz countertops, multiple cooking stations with associated hoods, updated plumbing fixtures, and new finishes throughout. The layout is designed to improve functionality, accessibility, and student collaboration within the space while maintaining connections to the adjacent classroom.

Lee's Summit R-7 School District – Batting Cages Rebuild
LOCATION: Lee's Summit, Missouri
DESCRIPTION: The batting cage rebuild project is currently underway to enhance safety, functionality, and long-term durability of the existing facility. The scope includes selective demolition of existing roofing, wood framing, and lighting systems, while salvaging key structural and electrical components including metal posts, rails, joist hangers, the baseball bumper, and existing J-box and circuits.
The rebuild includes installation of a new roofing membrane system, new exterior wood framing, updated lighting, and reinstallation of salvaged elements. These improvements are designed to extend the life of the structure while providing a safer and more reliable training environment for athletes.

Johnson County Parks & Recreation District
LOCATION: Shawnee Mission, Kansas
DESCRIPTION: The Johnson County Parks & Recreation District needed more room for their staff at their administration building. The building also operates as the Johnson County Park Police Headquarters. This project consisted of finishing the lower level of the building, adding meeting spaces, making a centralized break room, and providing interior upgrades to make the interior more welcoming and comfortable environment to work in. This would include adding more sources of natural light and colorful design. There will also be improvements to the admin’s lobby and restrooms. The police department will get an addition for their locker room.

Tonganoxie School District – Tonganoxie Elementary School HVAC Improvements
LOCATION: Tonganoxie, Kansas
DESCRIPTION: HVAC improvements are currently underway at Tonganoxie Elementary School to enhance system performance, energy efficiency, and overall comfort for students and staff. The project includes demolition of select existing components and installation of new HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls throughout the facility. Additional work includes coordination with electrical systems, minor interior modifications, and restoration of affected finishes to accommodate the upgraded systems. The improvements are designed to provide reliable, efficient climate control while minimizing disruption to the existing school environment.

Theatre in the Park Dressing Room Renovations
LOCATION: Shawnee, Kansas
DESCRIPTION: Renovations to the Theatre in the Park dressing room facilities are currently underway to enhance privacy, safety, and overall functionality for performers. The project includes selective demolition of existing spaces and construction of updated dressing rooms, restrooms, and support areas. Improvements consist of reconfigured layouts to provide increased privacy, updated finishes, door and frame replacements, and modifications to lighting and ceiling systems.
These upgrades are being implemented to meet current privacy requirements and safety standards, while also improving the overall quality and usability of the facilities for performers and staff.

Park Hill School District – Facility Improvements
LOCATION: Kansas City, Missouri
DESCRIPTION: The Park Hill School District Facility Improvements Program includes renovations and system upgrades across multiple district facilities, including Congress Middle School, Gerner Early Education Center, and Hawthorn Elementary School. The project focuses on improving building performance, enhancing system reliability, and supporting a safe, comfortable learning environment for students and staff. Major improvements include HVAC system upgrades, electrical and plumbing improvements, and selective structural and interior renovations to accommodate new building systems. Work also consists of selective demolition, roof and building envelope improvements, updated interior finishes, and modifications to classrooms and support spaces. Additional upgrades include data and communication systems, acoustical improvements, and coordination of site utilities and infrastructure where required. Construction is being completed in phases across multiple occupied campuses, with careful coordination around the academic calendar to minimize disruption to daily school operations. Summer construction periods are being utilized for the most intensive work, while remaining improvements continue during the school year.These upgrades are designed to extend the life of existing facilities, improve energy efficiency, and enhance the overall functionality and learning environments across the district.

Jackson County Parks + Rec – Lake Jacomo Shelter #9 Playground
LOCATION: Blue Springs, Missouri
DESCRIPTION: The Lake Jacomo Shelter #9 Playground project consists of site improvements and installation of new playground equipment to enhance recreational amenities within the park. The project includes site clearing and preparation, installation of cast-in-place concrete for playground features and walkways, and placement of new playground equipment designed to provide a safe and engaging environment for park visitors.
Additional work includes seeding, mulching, and site restoration to integrate the improvements into the surrounding landscape. These upgrades are intended to improve accessibility, safety, and overall user experience for families and visitors at Lake Jacomo.
