Cory Brown

Cory is a Superintendent with over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, including 7 years with Universal Construction. A graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Construction Science and Management, he brings a relationship-driven approach to every project, focusing on communication, accountability, and dependable field execution.

Throughout his career, Cory has served as the on-site representative for clients, helping ensure projects remain organized, safe, and running smoothly throughout construction. He works closely with owners, architects, contractors, and field crews to maintain alignment in the field and provide confidence that each project is being managed effectively day to day.

His experience spans a wide range of education, commercial, municipal, and renovation projects across the Midwest. From large school additions and site improvements to community facilities and commercial renovations, Cory takes pride in building strong working relationships and supporting successful project execution from start to finish.

Outside of work, Cory enjoys spending time with his children and fiancée. Known for his approachable personality and strong relationships in the field, he values the connections he builds with clients, project teams, and coworkers just as much as the projects themselves.
