Project Manager

Cord began his construction career after graduating from Pittsburg State University and has spent the past 10 years building his experience within the industry, including 9 years with Universal Construction. Throughout his time at UCC, he has focused primarily on K-12 projects, developing a strong understanding of both new construction and renovations.

Cord plays a key role in ensuring project documentation is accurate and up to date, helping keep teams aligned and projects running efficiently. He values the collaborative nature of construction and enjoys working closely with owners to ensure each project meets expectations and delivers a strong final result.

Cord takes pride in contributing to projects that support students, staff, and growing communities.

Outside of work, Cord enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, and can often be found outdoors on a trail, at the river, or at a local park.
