Grace Christian Assembly
LOCATION: Kansas City, Missouri
DESCRIPTION: The Grace Christian Assembly project consisted of a series of interior renovations designed to enhance functionality, flexibility, and overall building aesthetics to better serve the congregation and surrounding community. Scope of work included renovation of the auditorium, including removal of existing pew seating and installation of flexible seating, replacement of ceiling finishes, repainting, new window shades, upgraded flooring, and construction of a new sound booth with updated audio/visual systems to support modern services and events. Additional improvements included renovation of main entry and common areas, including upgrades to restrooms to meet current accessibility standards, installation of a new kitchen to support gatherings and events, and replacement of flooring throughout high-traffic areas. The project also included a full renovation of a former parsonage apartment, converting the space into a flexible conference and meeting area to support administrative and community use. These upgrades provide a more functional, modern, and adaptable environment for both church operations and community activities.

Christ Community- Shawnee Campus
LOCATION: Shawnee, Kansas
DESCRIPTION: The Christ Community Church project consisted of the renovation and tenant finish of an existing facility to support the transition from a mobile church to a permanent campus. The renovated building accommodates approximately 1,400 occupants and includes a large multi-purpose worship space with stage and sound booth, classrooms, a youth play area, kitchen, and office spaces. Scope of work included renovation of approximately 12,240 SF within the existing 26,100 SF building, creating a flexible and functional environment to support worship services, programming, and daily operations. The project was designed to support long-term growth, providing adaptable space to meet the evolving needs of the congregation.

Catholic Charities- Serve and Lift Center
LOCATION: Kansas City, Missouri
DESCRIPTION: The Catholic Charities project consisted of the renovation and adaptive reuse of the former St. Matthew’s Parish and School campus to create a modern, functional facility supporting community services. Scope of work included transformation of the existing worship center into a demonstration kitchen and pantry, complete with reach-in coolers, freezers, and warehouse space to support daily operations. Additional improvements included conversion of existing classroom spaces into office areas for staff, renovation of administrative offices, and construction of new job training and conference rooms to support program needs. A small chapel was also incorporated into the facility to preserve a space for reflection and worship. These upgrades provide a flexible, efficient, and welcoming environment aligned with the organization’s mission to serve the community.

Christ Community- Brookside Campus Improvements
LOCATION: Kansas City, Missouri
DESCRIPTION: The Christ Community Church Brookside Campus Improvements consisted of multiple renovation projects completed over several years to enhance functionality and improve use of existing spaces. Scope of work included renovations to youth classrooms to create more efficient and flexible layouts, as well as updates to the mezzanine level to better support programming and maximize usable space. Additional improvements included exterior stone repair to maintain and preserve the building’s appearance and structural integrity.
These updates provide a more functional and adaptable environment to support the needs of the congregation and its growing programs.

Christ Community- Olathe Campus
LOCATION: Olathe, Kansas
DESCRIPTION: The Christ Community Church Olathe Campus Improvements consisted of interior renovations designed to support continued congregation growth and enhance overall campus functionality. The project included renovations to existing office spaces and youth programming classrooms. The original layout featured oversized corridors with undersized classrooms and offices. The renovation reconfigured the interior layout to maximize usable space, expanding classrooms and offices while reducing excess hallway areas. Additional improvements included expansion and upgrades to the existing parking lot to better serve increased campus traffic and improve accessibility. These updates created a more functional, efficient, and welcoming environment for both staff and congregation members.

St. Gabriel School and Parish
LOCATION: Kansas City, Missouri
DESCRIPTION: The St. Gabriel School and Parish project consisted of a series of interior and exterior improvements designed to enhance safety, functionality, and overall building performance. Scope of work included replacement of existing windows with modern insulated systems, installation of new entrance canopies to improve weather protection and accessibility, and upgrades to secure entry systems to enhance safety and controlled access to the facility.
Additional improvements included repairs to the existing gymnasium roof, installation of new concrete walkways, stairs, and handrails to improve site safety and accessibility, as well as restoration of the church’s bell tower and installation of a new sound system. These upgrades provide a more secure, comfortable, and updated environment for students, staff, and parish members.

Church of the Nativity
LOCATION: Leawood, Kansas
DESCRIPTION: The Church of the Nativity project consisted of the construction of a new facility designed to support the church’s growing congregation and expand its campus capabilities. The project included ground-up construction of a new building, providing space for worship, community gathering, and support functions. The facility was designed to create a welcoming and functional environment, incorporating open gathering areas, flexible spaces for programming, and supporting infrastructure to accommodate both daily operations and larger events. Construction included site development, foundations, structural systems, exterior enclosure, and full interior buildout, resulting in a durable and modern facility aligned with the needs of the church and its community.
