Security Bank- Mastin Branch

LOCATION: 10300 Mastin St, Overland Park, KS 66212


DESCRIPTION: The Security Bank 103rd Street Banking Center project consisted of ground-up construction of a new full-service banking facility designed to support both customer experience and operational efficiency. The building features a modern exterior with a combination of masonry and glass systems, creating a welcoming and highly visible presence within the surrounding community.

The facility includes a customer lobby, teller stations, private offices, conference spaces, and support areas tailored to daily banking operations. The project also incorporated drive-thru banking lanes, site paving, and landscaping to enhance accessibility and overall site functionality. Constructed from the ground up, the project included site development, foundations, structural systems, exterior enclosure, and full interior buildout, resulting in a durable and efficient facility aligned with Security Bank’s brand and service standards.

Security Bank- Leavenworth Branch

LOCATION: 5523 Leavenworth Rd, Kansas City, KS 66104


DESCRIPTION: The Security Bank Leavenworth Road Banking Center project consisted of the construction of a new full-service banking facility designed to support both customer experience and daily operations. The building features a modern exterior with a combination of masonry and glass elements, creating a welcoming and highly visible presence within the surrounding community.

The facility includes a customer lobby, teller stations, private offices, conference spaces, and support areas tailored to banking operations. Site improvements included drive-thru banking lanes, parking, and landscaping to enhance accessibility and overall site functionality. Constructed to align with Security Bank’s standards, the project provides a durable, efficient, and customer-focused environment that supports long-term growth and service within the community.

UMB Corporate Offices

LOCATION: Kansas City, Missouri


DESCRIPTIONS:  The UMB Corporate Offices project consisted of multiple phased renovations throughout the facility, enhancing functionality and modernizing key spaces across several floors. Scope of work included construction of a new auditorium, demolition and build-back of the 7th floor, and renovations to the wealth management conference room. Additional improvements included a full lobby remodel, finance department renovations on the 4th floor, and upgrades across the 1st and 6th floors. The project also included restroom renovations on the 2nd and 3rd floors, along with office renovations on the 3rd floor.

These updates created a more modern, efficient, and cohesive workspace to support daily operations and long-term organizational needs.

UMB Branches

LOCATION: Kansas City Metro


DESCRIPTION: The UMB Branches project consisted of new construction and renovations across multiple locations throughout the Kansas City metro area, supporting expansion and modernization of banking facilities.

Scope of work included ground-up construction of new branch locations at 16900 E. Gudgell Rd in Independence, Missouri; 8300 Parallel Pkwy in Kansas City, Kansas; and 18909 E. 48th St in Independence, Missouri. Additional projects included interior and exterior renovations at 8300 NW Prairie View Rd in Kansas City, Missouri, as well as interior modifications at 4200 West 115th St in Leawood, Kansas.

The project also included a full gut and build-back at 1010 Grand Ave, along with interior renovations at 928 Grand Ave and 906 Grand Ave in Kansas City, Missouri. These improvements created modern, efficient banking environments while maintaining consistency across multiple branch locations.

DESCRIPTION: The Security Bank Headquarters project consisted of the construction of a new six-story facility with a basement, creating a centralized location to support the bank’s operations and long-term growth. The building was designed to provide modern office space, enhanced functionality, and a professional environment aligned with Security Bank’s brand and operational needs.

In addition to the new construction, the project included interior renovations to the 1st and 4th floors, updating existing spaces to improve workflow, efficiency, and overall building performance.

These improvements resulted in a cohesive, modern headquarters facility that supports both daily operations and future expansion.

DESCRIPTION: The Security Bank Branch Renovations project consisted of interior, exterior, and site improvements across multiple locations within the Kansas City metro area to enhance functionality, accessibility, and overall customer experience.

Scope of work included major interior, exterior, and site renovations at 7364 State Ave in Kansas City, Kansas. Additional improvements included fascia upgrades at 7500 W 95th St in Overland Park, Kansas, along with comprehensive interior and exterior renovations and the addition of a new drive-thru at 1901 Central Ave in Kansas City, Kansas.

These upgrades provide modernized, efficient banking environments while maintaining consistency across multiple branch locations.
