Brad Kiekbusch
Superintendent
Brad is a Superintendent with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including 2 years with Universal Construction. A third-generation tradesman and certified Journeyman Carpenter, Brad brings a broad range of field knowledge and practical construction experience to every project he supports.
Throughout his career, Brad has worked in both hands-on construction and construction education, serving as an apprenticeship instructor and OSHA trainer while continuing to lead projects in the field. His experience spans commercial, industrial, civic, education, and residential construction, giving him a well-rounded perspective on project execution, field coordination, and quality craftsmanship.
Brad works closely with project teams, subcontractors, and owners to maintain safe, organized, and productive jobsites. His background as both a builder and instructor has helped him develop a strong focus on mentorship, safety, and continuous improvement, allowing him to support successful project outcomes while helping others grow within the industry.
In addition to his field experience, Brad has served as an apprenticeship instructor for the Builders Association and previously served as Vice President of the Carpenters Regional Council. His commitment to the construction industry extends beyond the jobsite through his involvement in workforce development, safety training, and skilled trades education.
