HEALTHCARE
Universal Construction Company, Inc. and health care construction has been
synonymous over the past four decades. One of Universal's earliest health
care projects of record was in 1936 for the University of Kansas Hospital (now
known as KU Medical Center). Universal has been a part of the health care
construction industry across the country from Las Vegas, Nevada to Chesapeake
Bay, Virginia with the majority of our projects located in Kansas, Missouri
and Nebraska. Projects have ranged in size up to $60M. Today, Universal is
still very active in this industry with several on-going projects and will
continue to service new as well as repeat customers in this field.
